drylin® gantry robots

A maintenance-free, cost-effective automation solution from igus®.

drylin® gantry robots consist of various linear actuators that perform xyz linear movements. They are designed to glide instead of roll, which ensures quiet and smooth operation. The self-lubricating components are corrosion-resistant and maintenance-free. drylin® linear robots are also lightweight and cost up to 60% less than conventional linear robots.

Typical applications:

  • Pick and Place
  • Sort
  • Labelling
  • Trade shows
  • Pipetting
  • And many more
igus® offers both single-axis gantry robots and multi-axis flat and room linear robots. Customised linear robots can be implemented according to your application parameters.
